I got mine the first day i got the game i use to suck.
I never understand how people can die 20 times in a game and not know it.
I should have 2 purple hearts, but when i got my second one there was a connection error so it didnt show up on my stats.

Why would anyone WANT the purple heart that is just silly. People actually WANTING to have a purple heart- as if anyone would be impressed by this..
When I first got the game, I thought all awards were good, and I got it on pourpose. I then got it when MEC were camping bases all over Sharqi.

the closest ive ever come is 4 and 16, and that was because i cant fly at all and i was going for my basic aviator. ha look at my plane stats, its like 6 and 32. Im not a pilot.

seriously though, IRL a purple heart is a badge of honor. Unless you are trying to get one just to have all the medals, in BF2 a purple heart means you were the other team's B*$ch

I tried to get it, too. I wanted more than just badges...I wanted a medal too. that was retarded, I know, but at the time medals were so impossible to get that I never thought I'd have one anyway.
I did get one legitimately as well, once. So i have two. But for the legitimate one, to my defence, there was a guy on our team who loved to TK, and we were kind of pinned at Gatehouse so there was no real way to avoid him...
