ea should elte all the accounts that are nver used. Like have everyone e-mail to an offical e-mail that says there username's and pass word to that account. (the password so they can verify that you are the holder)
umm.....
no
no
^^^^ what he said.
It would free up alot of space.
not every one plays in ranked servers, so their accounts look like they have never played on them.
Thats why they got to e-mail EA dude.
fine, ur right, now leave

what really sucks is that they dont delete their test account`s.. the top win-loss is like 273 to 1 because of this..

I might start a poll or something on this.
I have a weird feeling EA took those very normal nicks so that they couldnt be used.
But that is just me.
Yeah they should take those away.

I'm kidding, I just wanted to zing you. I reckon it's a good idea. My mate wanted "ShadowPanther" as his in-game nickname, but it was already taken. Looking up on Bf2s you can see that the person with ShadowPanther as his nickname dosn't have over 100 points.
If EA were to send an E-mail telling people to log into their account in the next 48 hours or whatever, (probably longer because people away on holiday wouldn't want to come back with their accounts deleted,) and then delete those who didn't. It's a pretty difficult thing to do really, and I doubt EA would be bothered as they're in the process of wrapping up BF2 and getting into BF2142.

yeah. i wanted to just have enzian, but someone who only bothered to play just under twenty six hours, whose last battle was A YEAR AGO took it. bastard.
That must suck. I think i was lucky to get the name 4077th.
I personally haven't had the problem of someone taking a name I wanted.
And I see one big problem with your idea. The fact that EA won't actually take the time to set up a system like that to handle said emails. They can barely handle patches, which are on a smaller scale compaired to what you are suggesting. However...
I give you props for the thought, but it just won't work with a company as cold-blooded as EA.
Have a karma point for the effort.
