So whenever i try to install ANYTHING, meaning games, itunes, new programs...you get the picture, I get this error message: (I am using Itunes as an example)

Is your account an administrator account? Have you done a virus scan? Spyware scan? Have you tried removing unneeded programs? Have you tried booting up into safe mode and seeing if it works?
Yes, it is the admin account. I don't have any virus' nor much spyware. Ive defragged my C drive. I don't know what safe mode is.Viper007Bond wrote:

There's a way to fix this, but I would have to reinstall windows. I really don't want to do that.

Keep pressing... F5 I think it is while your computer is turning on. Then select safe mode from the list. It basically loads Windows with no programs being autostarted and just minimal drivers.

No, hence why I suggested you try it in that mode.

really depends, you can either delete everything and reinstall windows, or reinstall windows and keep stuff (a clean wipe fixes all software problems, 99% of the time)

I think it's F8 to start up in safe mode, also you could try using system restore, if you know when the problems started occurring.
