if you plan on putting up regular content ... try putting up phpnuke some equivalent ... that way you can focus on the content ... maybe make a skin ...
needs a better background and a more ergonomical feel to it, but its good for a start

sure running a website costs $$ but do check into phpnuke for skins and what not. there is no layout to your website as it is now. organization is key. a forum tab, home page tab, downloads tab, pictues tab, etc. i give you props for trying it out, but hey just google a little more and you'll find what you need.
