Killing Hitler and nazis b4 they got big. It would saved millions upong millions of lives but what would the repercussions be? We're talking hypothetically of course though...for now?

I would love to live in a world where horrible things like Nazism didnt happen but unfortunatly despite the horrible things they did, Nazi "scientists" did make many, many medical breakthroughs (doing things I hope I never find out about to people in the camps). Plus if it wasnt the Nazi's it would be someone else, there is always going to be "bad" people in the world. No matter what you do.

Also my family came over to the States to avoid the Nazi stranglehold that was forming prior to WW2. So I would most likely not exist if it wanst for that.

Thats my 2 cents at least.

My wife would not have been born. Her Grandmother was operated on by a Polish Dr, who was a colaborator with the Nazi's. He was the best surgeon on Poland as he "trained" at Auschwitz. She would have died without the surgery and he was the only one in the area who knew how to do it.

Yup, that's kind of what I'd do. Except with the stock market.

Also take back some scientific journals and hand them out to universities.

Perhaps even suggest that the creation of Israel might not work out too well.
