What do you do when you get frustrated while playing BF2?

This one time, on Sharq"i...

I lost it. Totally lost it. It was spawn-headshot...spawn-headshot...spawn-arty...spawn-arty...spawn-step-headshot and I just cracked. I respawned at the club house and put 5 packs of C4 onto a jeep/van whatever the hell those annoying Dodge Astro / Ford Transit / Mercedes Vito lookalikes are... and drove into the biggest concentration of red dots, leaping out and hitting the detonator.

I did it three times and when I accidentally got my basic explosives badge, I started to calm down.

So now I spawn behind the action (well behind) and do something *different* like fix commander assetts, or lay claymores around the arty, or AT mines in places that enemy specops will drive to get there.... or hide first aid kits or ammo in *non-exposed defensive positions* for my guys for later if we get pushed back, or provide a tank/apc/jeep shuttle service and drive some to more forward positions...etc

I hardly ever do the suicide jeep thing anymore. Honest!

As for me, I just get some more agressive hard rock/metal on my playlist and respawn, and give a headshot to the poor guy who has done me wrong.

Then I'm over it.

seems like every corner you walk around has 3 guys sometimes, or arty has a lock on you...and you keep gettin smashed by everyone...but it happens.

I agree with the team effecting your play as well, good team makes for a better game thus a better score

When I get frustrated, I start up my "BF2" playlist. Which primarily consists of Prodigy and The White Stripes (please submit your opinion of either bands somewhere else).

Kind of gets me in that adrenalized mood... and any time I enter a mood where I can just go out and start killing assholes, Im all for it.

Either that or I snipe. Just basic, go find a nice place to afk... like near a spawn...

Well it sounds like you finally came out of 1) Armor 2) Aircraft 3) a small ass server. Well to try to calm my self down I run around with a shotgun and blow peoples heads off(in game sorry). If that doesn't do it I yell extremely loud and vulgar language at my incompetant team and/or clan mates. Then if my 1 clan mate is unlucky enough to be over at the time he gets hit- a lot. When I had a tube monitor I would hit it but LCDs are too easy to break so I dont hit them. I got a new computer case-very strong it seems so it gets a good beating. Then if I havnt broke something I get into and aerial device (plane, helo) and ram the motherfucker into who ever is pissing me off.
