If you increase server side processing (reduce information the client recieves), it's possible to make it very difficult or not worth it (reduce drawing, pass logical info not physical, even encryption) - but like they said, it will still, somehowsomway, be possible.

In the near future, Aim bots may be rendered useless in all games, but until then, your going to have to rely on good judgments from admins, or just leave the server
