i dont get how you guys know how far each shot is. do you estimate, do you just flat out guess/lie, did Dice implement some feature for people that only play snipe kit that after each kill in BIG BOLD LETTERING it says how far away each shot is
Well, i know for a fact that this isn't my longest kill I've ever shot. But, this is the longest that i could find in my screenies, 450 meters.

~350m was my longest shot, but it was suppringly easy, I should go for more longer shots, don't have a screen shot to prove it.
To get the distance like the guy said: Become a squad leader, put an object marker on the dead guy (Move, Attack, Defend, ect) and that'll tell you how far it is. Or you can just judge by the flags you're around.

that ss guy probably has someone ghosting the victim, telling him where the target is, how to adjust.

I'd hate to have that ss guy on my team if my assumptions are correct. I assume he just sits there all round waiting for a shot, am I right, or does he go and cap flags?

I'm not a good sniper nor do i have a good computer so the farthest shot ive made was like 250m lol. I'm still trying to figure out the lead stuff for headshots. and o yeah, does anyone else get this problem with the L9? Say if your sniping at the construction site on sharqi. IT LAGS THE SCOPE!!!! Only in certain places. I hope its not just me lol. I have a FX 5500 and 1GB of ram if that should mkae a distance.

Teamwork is still more important than kills. I've had 55 kills in a full 32 player server running the 32 map and we still lost.
Edit: Yea, I wouldn't want him on my team. 687 hours and only 712 caps and 535 cap assists.

I haven't made any piccies as it's not really that hard a shot. I've seen many people make it. Dalian on the crane at south docks shooting a guy getting in the jet on the carrier. Prolly around 350+ meters or so. But there's virtually no fog on the map, so it's not that hard, you just have to accoutn for insane bulletdrop at that range. Once you have it, you just keep cheerypicking the pilots untill the J10 comes by and ruins the fun by destroying the F35. Then wait for the jet to spawn again and repeat. I've gotten 30+ kills doing that... Dalian is REALLY cool for sniping with the M95 due to the heavy concentration of vehicles, and no fog to speak of.
Regularly make 400-450 metre shots, so many that I didnt think I'd need a screenie to show off about it. MMmm love the MX 518 mousey. Have also hit folk firing off random shots from the carrier, getting KDAs after a min or two, but they are just pure luck as there aint no way I can see anyone at the flags, just sort of guess where they may be, they'd be over 500 metres. Then there are my far off hidey holes.

When PLA on wake, I usually shoot from the artillery island to the carrier with either the M95 or the L9.Don't know how far though.
