Really, not having xfire isn't a problem, and idling on TS isn't going to do too much for you, assuming it's even on people don't get on this to talk to people that aren't playing. It's pretty much just for practices.Kittydsw wrote:

I'm used to being on TS or Ventrillo since I am in a Clan but just a habit I guess I think it is better if we all start getting on it though and playing with each other and learn the strengths and weaknesses of each other and to work on teamwork with eachother to make us stronger as a squad. Since I havnt played with anyone here I don't know how you all play and I need to know so I can have a chance to adjust my playing technique if it is nessecary

Ok, so I was trying to figure out ways to figure out who is going to play and when, so this *may* be how it works. If you do/don't like it, please tell me, and your idea of how to alter it.
So the first thing we need to do is to figure out who is going to be in what vehicles, so I propose this:
Everyone who can pilot any sort of vehicle, (excluding cars ) signs up for that vehicle and goes to compete with others that signed up for that same vehicle. Through fighting, looking at stats, discussing it with each other, and if needed a duel, we could determine who has priority for doing what. Exapmle, we get our jet pilots, decide the order in 1 2 and 3 slots, then when it comes to match time the highest ranked person with that vehicle that can be there uses that vehicle, depending on the map. After all the vehicles are accounted for, we fill the slots with infantry, perhaps making armor pilots squad leaders and having at least one medic in each squad, filling out with support/AT/Spec ops. The same system would apply to commanders, hopefully who would be a good sniper and/or a spec ops for larger maps. I would prefer not to apply the system to infantry, not only would who is infantry I think mostly be dictated on who could be there, we mostly want to get a good balance of classes.

But I can do all the rest, any kit any map.
My prefered kit? Engi/Sniper/Spec Ops and will mostly switch to Anti-Tank when I see the other side has all tanks/armor.
