Rules. If their bad rules then it's not attractive. Same with ping.

On a more serious note, make sure the rules aren't shit, PTG was so good because of the layed back rules and it was always full.

Wake is my main air vehicle map and ground pounding map, while dalian i purely play on for the choppe or plane....
the wake server i play on owns because the teams switch and the team i join always owns (i play on the team with everybody i know). We will win more then half the time when playing USMC.

More than 2 freaking rounds per map.
Whoever thinks Songhua Stalemate is a bad map are the ones who have no assortment of maps played, (most likely), and dont realize how much infantry can be used or how anti-tank can be a good kit along with special ops or engineer. I would be so happy for a 24/7 Songhua Stalemate server for the fact when i join the other server's the round is nearly over and then it changes maps. No i dont just play one map, yes i might have with karkand but im a bit sick of karkand and have moved away from that. I have started playing Euro Force and Special Forces more of late, but I would find a server map rotation of Songhua, Sharqi, and Dalian Plant a good rotation.
Right now its 16 players on 64 player maps with city maps
All maps except Karkand.
Put that in server title, make it true, and I'll be there.

No stupid rules....... and anything thats not 24/7. Oh and 64 slots/maps.
What attracts me to a server is a large number of rounds per map. Nobody likes verifying client data for 5 minutes, trust me.

-big maps (64)
-30-40 players
-full rotation, and i mean FULL...i used to play on some 24/7 Wake servers on my old account, but i will never do the same mistake again
-good ping: for me a good ping is 80-140, not many servers here in italy

Low Ping and lots of players.... Any map is good for me.

NOT 24/7 KARKAND, that maps FUCKING sucks ESPECIALLY after 2 rounds. At least 14v14 to 32v32, none less.
