I figured that but this is only being captain of a six or nine man squad, you don't have to get in touch with 30 people or do cuts, just pick from the pool. I think it's needed because if we put everyone in a hat and draw names, the people won't know each other well and may not work as a team well.EntertaineR_06 wrote:

say there are a maximum of 16 squads, or (whatever limit people want) and there are more than 16 volunters then they can be drawn out of a hat? this is just a very basic idea at the mo, ill be giving it more thought, as should everyone else, so we can come up with the easiest solution.
EDIT: posted this at the same time as Flaming, i agree about people not knowing each other, this really will work best if its squads who want to work together/ know each other, its just that might not always be the case depending on how many people are interested

well, I'mkind of a C4 expert myself. although I can just as easily use any weapon. I cna still remember when I was PLA on wake, and with a CARBINE sniped the pilot out of the cockpit of a jet when i was on the USMC carrier ( he would have hit me otherwise, and he was USMC, so i wasn't being an a hole.) in fact, that game,I had most of the enemy team spawning on the carrier and chasing after me. although they killed me, for somereason, they lost the game.maybe as they were trapped on the carrier?

I think everyone can pretty much agree on what I said and Barney flushed out. We can get volunteers for squadleaders, up to a limit and then randomly narrow them down, and have them be responsible for getting they're own squad together. If they can't get enough people in time for a match, then they must decide to go to a different squad or find more people to join. Now I think all that must be decided is how many people per team and if it is a ladder system or a challenge system
