On my desktop my BF2 crashes when i try and start it. Its all patched etc, its just my computer. It just crashes i was wondering what problems it might be. I suspect its my graphics card:
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip type: GeForce4 MX 420
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC
Display Memory: 64.0 MB

Dunno what the problem is and i need help.

As much as I have read in this forum you have to have at least Ge Force FX 5*** or ATI 6*** to play this game; so I personally suspect it's really your graphics card that is to weak ..

Your suspicions are correct ... your video card will not work with Battlefield 2. Sorry.

I played with Radeon 9600Pro and still it crashed from time to time.

Thank for your help all.

Im gonna update my PC with a EVGA GeForce 7600 GT KO 256MB GDDR3. That should do the job nicely!
