Wake Wake Axxium. 24/7 Lots of High Ranked Skilled players.. sometimes the Side can become a little stacked though, all the skilled players on one side, the bad on the other, so watch out.

The TOP SF server is good for ranked. Krackhouse Wake is good as someone else said, the USMC can usually get on the island.

Go to any of the servers that start with “Battlefield Gotland”
Then you will face “pretty” good Swedish, Russian, German, etc players.
You really have to have a good day if you want to take a medal.

Or why not try your luck on “datorbutiken.com ”, Not as packed with Clan players but really well admined, usually 2-6 admins online during evening and early night.
