When did you get your K/D ratio above one?

For people who play ALL the maps and expansion packs, it can take a while. If i wanted a k/d ratio of 10, i'd just go to a wake server and only fly j-10's.

For me it took about 180 hours before i got about 1 k/dr. I started small. I worked on each kit, making sure each kit was above 1/1. now its easy to gain, and easy to maintain.

My KDR is running around 2.31 for the last month, almost all sniping and on foot.

I use to play casually, mainly because my old hardware wouldnt allow me to play this competively.After I upgraded the first time in dec, I had already dug myself a .33 kdr or about 300 kills and 600 deaths.

Im now since upgraded again, and have moved to 14k kills, and 10k deaths, its 1.34kdr right now, and im trying to make 2.0, Also Im not much of a vehicle user so it takes longer (harder) to raise it.

lol @ 84% of your kills being in a vehicle. 4,800 kills in tank/5,300 total?

I started out kind of bad since I was really really used to BF1942. But I got it over 1 like middle of June I think.

On topic, I fought for a while to get over 1 overall and then I realized that I wasn't over 1 as infantry.
More fighting ensued and soon enough I got there too.

I like these little goals you can make for youself when aiming for a promotion or a certain award.

I'm in the same boat. Been playing about 370 hours and k/d is only at about .89 right now. That's my goal is to get above one on k/d and above 2 on SPM, but I don't really care since I'm having fun in the meantime.
