BF2S Forums Is solo choppering not aloud???

OH S1lent-Stryke,   Me and Robinhoooood.nsp get kicked/banned all the time because we are chopper experts.  The reasons are usually  HACKS, Teamstacking, or my fav,  Kicked to make room for a clan member.

Patch change log reads * Fixed issue where choppers flew without pilots. I assumed that it includes attack choppers.

Like i said before, its only after a certain time till the chopper starts to fall when your not in the pilot seat...

Solo choppering is a thing a real jackass would do. About as intelligent as taking off in a blackhawk solo with a carrier deck full of guys needing a ride. Someone else might want to gun while you fly.

If there is a N00b gunner in the gunner seat i will not be there pilot, i will do better without them!!!

I would fly with a good gunner or be a gunner for a pilot....fool!

first off, take that tumb out of ur arse and stop whining, ur not on the ban list stop making stories.
second EA did make patches and fixes for this but they failed.
third, those who like to fly solo are the same people that start shouting "bail out! Bail out!" when u take the gunners seat. then crash the chopper in the ground, snipe u out or fly to the red zone.
no im not jealous about ur great TV skils as im a very decent Solo TV gunner myself.
there are alot l33t idiots who come to 24/7 dragon server just to fly solo, flying high above the rest shooting lame TV missle's.
last, find yourself a pilot who can fly u? if ur so l33t gunner then i bet any pilot would love to take you up?

EA did patch this a while back to make it a lot HARDER to do, but not impossible. I figure they can code whatever they want into their game. They didn't code the seatswitch. Boohoo.

Completely wrong and biased and stupid. I ALWAYS let a gunner gun, no matter what. Even if they are a Private and cant even shoot the gun. I will let them ride. HOWEVER, if there is an empty chopper and nobody around, I solo. I consider myself to be a pretty good solo pilot. Does that mean I want to kill the gunner every time he hops in? No.

Whoa there buddy. Then why was he banned? Why was he kicked? And why would you solo tv-gun yourself when your server prohibits it? Abusing power much?

So now you have something against solo gunners, but then you said that YOU do it too. Lame and up high, boohoo. But when you solo, do you solo non-lame and down low? Enlighten me.

Did you ever think for a second that there was nobody around when he took the chopper? That maybe he's  better off for his team soloing because nobody else could gun well? And since when is a 1-pilot chopper undefeatable? A 2 person team has the clear advantage.

Not everyone can pilot a chopper. Not everyone can pilot it well. Not everyone can pilot it for the gunner like he's supposed to. Finding a pilot isn't that easy buddy, you could type it out in chat and maybe get ONE reply from a PFC "I can fly gud lolz". Piloting != points. It's not a pretty job.

i CAN do it, its easy i dident say i do it myself, when there is no one around il go off solo as well, as long as im doing it i wil never warn / kick any1 else for it. believe me ive seen guys who came day after day on the server for just 1 thing (solo TV seatchanging) and soon as u tried to jump in as gunner they started like "i like to fly solo"

the same thing counts for the J10 pilots, u see china team is under pressure, they only got 1 flag left stil u see the idiots only  camp the carrier doing Spawnrape's, so i made the rule "u can attack the arrier with Jet's and choppers when ur team owns all flags, stil i alow them to attack the carrier but soon as they keep coming back and doing "carrier attacks only" i warn or / kick.

i heard people say they find it 1 of the best servers around, its always full 24/7
so i gues people like it, it are always the same people who get kicked then complain. stil if he shows he's supriced by it then he dident read the rules, they pop on every 30 second.

Sorry to quote the ROE but technically they can't enforce crap like that.If you can't find a gunner I don't see anything wrong with it.

Hmm... if that is what this particular rule was meant for, then the admin is in the wrong.

However, if it isn't, then it's the admins server, so follow their rules, or suffer the consequences (in this case, a kick).

On a side note, I'm not too fond of solo-choppering, but it's still a part of the game, so I'd say that this rule is kinda... BLEH, in my opinion.

Welcome to the world of solo flying, getting banned and kicked for being better with the tv missile then the admin, get used to it, got most of my kick bans like this because I took down planes, couldnt be down so I was a hacker

it has nothing to do with being better, its just a rule on my server.
and if they dont like it then stay away.
