That is cool. Here are a couple of tips I picked up along the way for quiting smoking.
1. Make sure you have snacks that are healthy.
2. Take a Vitiman C supplement of at LEAST 500mg. in the morning. (it will help flush out impurities)
3. Have a strong craving? Try gargling cinnamon mouth wash. Really it works.
4. Brush your teeth 3 times a day. (It can alter your mouths taste receptors and stop a craving)
There are a few others, but these work pretty well for starters. I hope you kick the habbit!

I hate smokers, they always smell like smoke and smelling cig smoke kills my head so much, hurts like hell.
put back the cope and picked up the camels. 6 hours, hell yeah. I just ADDED time to my life by smoking.
Just take a long break from work and do like some and lock yourself in your house with your only outside contact being the pizza delivery shop and BF2.
