Anyone ever been sweared at or threatened on voip? I know it happens all the time in type-chat, just wanted to know if it makes much of a difference when you can actually here the other guy...that is, are people generally more well-behaved? Don't have voip, so just curious...

there is no difference between voip and text communication just that one is delivered through your mouth the other through your fingers..
I was on a server and the admin was kicking people for saying "n00b" so I typed "Just don't say anything!!" Next thing I know he gets in the squad I'm in and starts using profanity over VoIP. Saying that the comment I made was "rude and uncalled for" (but with a lot of "curse" words in between).
I said, "STFU" and I kicked his ass from my squad... Needless to say I got banned...

i was on VOIP with this 12 year old 2nd lt. and he was havin a hardcore ADD attack or something. evcerytime he'd die he would scream as loud as he could for 10 seconds and then say how much he hates BF2. if he feels that strongly about it, then he shouldnt even play, that stupid asshat...

lol i find it funny when a french 12 yr old talks french. It makes my day.
One time the commander was having an argument with a squad leader over voip, kinda funny hearing only half the argument, which got pretty heated...
Other than that myself and my house mate just verbally slap each other around sometimes when we play, adds a bit of fun. Although one of the funniest moments was him getting into an argument with a French 12 year old (at least that's what he sounded like...) and I couldn't stop laughing the entire time.

If somone gets in my squad, gets themself killed by me, then punishes me, I will definitely give them an earful right before I boot them outta my squad. Unfortunately this happens a lot...
