ive been getting 12 and 15s in a round quite a bit. Must be lucky on warlord when the sas like to blow up the stuff constantly...
Any map in which the command assets are close together would be a good idea.Time is a huge factor.Even on a 300 ticket map.I got mine on Ghost town.My command assets were under constant attack by a couple of special ops guys.I just stayed in my APC and drove from asset to asset as they blew them up.No matter how many times I killed them the persistent little bastards would come back.I just barely got 25 with like 1 ticket left.Hardest badge I ever got.
LOL, well I got it on Oman...of all maps. USMC pretty much took over and kept coming into our uncappable blowing everything up. So I just fixed it all and waitied in between tanks and jets strafing us I got it.
Got mine on Sharqi, 25 hardest points i ever recieved.

It takes a really long round of Kubra 64 or Warlord 64.
Getting one single repair point takes so dang long... fully repairing a tank will give you 1-2 points.
And most likely you'll be killed with a nade or so before you get to fully repairing it.

I got mine yesterday
I got to say, Karkand on USMC team. I've tried every other maps and it would take luck and stuborn specops or lucky tanks driver to get partially hits. But in Karkand, I've looked for 64 Maps tickets with about 16 people in it. When you find a game that the teams are balanced enough to make the game long, hop in a Humvee and drive around tanks and repair them (or yourself if you get damages) and as soon you hear the commander assets being disabled, drive over there to repair them. Or join a squad tank leader and follow him wherever he goes as a gunner. I made a round of 23 repair points.

I think the expert engineer badge is horse crap. I've played @130 hours as engy and it's difficult to get over 5 repair points in a round. 10 is doable if you're focused and the situation presents itself. I got vet badge by being in an APC next to a tank that kept taking eryx shots.
But 20 points is so absurd that you HAVE to find large maps with almost empty servers & balanced teams. WTF? Who plays like that under normal circumstances? We can't all have our 'mate' flying enemy planes blowing up assets for us to fix. I think this badge should have a high repair total (500 perhaps?) and a 10 repair pts in round. Well, those are my thoughts.
I have similar thoughts on 20 heal points but this seems to be more doable (although I have yet to accomplish this). As for expert explosives, I'll need to claymore spam on Karkand or sharqi for 30 explosives kills.

Yeah we hardcore engineers have it tough unlike those damn medics in leather pants who just throw around med kits and zap people alive in a sec for 2 points while we stand and fix something for 2 hours to get one point. ock dont whine, Ea will put the requirement's down again, my self i have not got expert repair.....Never tried for it, I think i am right in saying it is the only expert kit badge i don't have.
I think though, Ea should revise how the point's are given, e.g expert support was so easy, u dont need to even ask, just litter the ground with ammo pack's and your done. I got like 10 more hours with engy and then I will try to get it too. Probubly going take me a while and piss me off but il get it. First il get my Exp Engy Combat and Exp Engy Spec Combat.

I've posted a very comprehensive list of maps to get expert repair on. And dont get flustered if you dont get it at your first go. It took me over 40 tries to get mine the first time, and an additional at least 20 before I got it the second seeing as the server didn't update the stats with EA.
