Yeah, I like to have a bottle or two when I'm sitting in for a session at night. Not sure if it has any affect on my play.

If I'm not working the next day and have a free evening there is nothing I enjoy more sitting up til 1 or 2 and getting totally bevvyed whilst playing bf2!

i played last night while i was plastered.
it took some adjusting to actually play half way decent. it deffinitely made it a little more fun.
Drinking and driving really does kill, i must have fun over about 15 people last night!

Always wind up drinking while I am playing, even if its just a few. Coming home after being out all night and drinking hard is bad news though!
My few times actually getting drunk while playing have resulted in many good tactics, such as ramming a transport chopper into a tank or APC.
Also this is a new beer I'm trying tonight. Anyone had it before?

ive played a few times drunk and got owned...hardcore.but i smoke and play nearly all the time and it rules.
I'll grab a brew once in a while as I play, but I'll only drink the one. I'm too lazy to get up and grab another

If I'm playing...I'm drinking. If I have too much too drink...I have more fun. Such as driving a vodnic down the hill behind the power station on Mashtuur. Long ways down but fun to do. Especially after all your squad mates bail out before going down. All you hear is...that crazy mofo. what the hell? yada yada yada. They should stayed in for the quick trip down.

I use wine, beer gives me Donald Duck Diarrhea, cuz I just don't wanna spend all that money for the good imports and microbrews just to sit on me arse by myself, and wine does it alot faster, up to 16% alcohol in some cases, I did it after my mates left one night when we emptied a bottle of Patron (tequila) and wasn't worth a shit, but with wine I find that I can maintain some semblance of skill (though I've never had much to begin with), and even when I lose I have shitloads more fun, other forms of being "not sober" have had strange effects, but I don't wanna contribute to corruption of minors, unless it's 11:59 pm the night before her 18th birthday

Well when I refurbished my "bloke" room, I got a fridge put in thats hold 280 440ml lager cans, and it just so happens to be in arms reach of gaming surface... As I look at my desk area now, I see a half full ashtray and 7 empty cans. Its still daylight outside
No beer for me, just a fattie and a few cigs for me
Some times I eat Guinness while I play but mostly I drink Rum'n'Coke (Quality Rum Only).

I used to be a big Guinness drinker. Stuff seems to have doubled in price since I started and now I'm exploring other avenues. $9 a six pack or $16 a twelve pack is a bit steep even for Guinness.cheshiremoe wrote:

Typically I get a local beer called Oak Barrel Stout - tastes nothing like Guinness but it is certainly delicious.
