For those of you who drink and "drive", how many beers does it take for you to get in the zone?

For me it is between 6 and 10. At this point I can do no wrong (eh.....well it seems that way at least...) After that my fun quotient rises, but my hit ratio sometimes decreases. Nevertheless, I does loves my beers. A select few of my best rounds were when I was completely wasted. Heh...by the same token, many of my best posts were when I was completely wasted...hmmmnnn.

What say you? Beer? No Beer? Whats your "sweet spot" when it comes to alchohol?

Too drunk to play and just wonderin'...

You have 6 - 10 beers and then play Bf2????? Jeez if i've had that many jars, playing video games is definetly not on my "to do" list... I'd rather be out on the town, or talking shit with my buddies.

Although, I have played after 2-3 and my scores haven't really changed, i just do stoopid stuff more often.

On BF2s EU server we have some (including me) beer fans, who enjoys playing while taisting some good beer. Doesnt matter- dutch, german, czech...just beer. And you know, it is realy fun to drive a tank or fly plane after some beers Problem- you need to go piss all the time when round ends and you wanna smoke cigarettes all the time..

I drink and play like 2x a week. This consists of usually 10+ red dogs and me not moving off my ass to get another. I have a mini fridge 1.5 feet from my mouse hand.

Last night I only had 250 pts to get to my 1st Lt. rank, but I was too drunk to do it. I then proceeded to put in The Thin Red Line to watch it and apprently feel asleep in my desk chair, not making it past the FBI Warning.

Alcohol usually impairs my playing, but this only happens after 7-8+, after 10 or so I'm not usually caring what happens in game anyway.

Ganja makes me very, very l33t... but I can't smoke right now because I need a job. =/

I was talkin to the boss one morning awhile back and he says holy shit you were smokin hot saturday night, never seen you play like that before. Ans I say, did I play saturday nite? I went out to the strip and got trashed and I dont remember much after. He said I got 2 golds and a bronze and was talkin shit the whole time. I didnt even remember anything.....

Up to about 10 and the world is mine. Any more than that and i become one with the toilet. Where i vow never to drink again "i sware" and then end up drinking the next night too. For me its kind a the opposite. drink 6 -20 beers and then go home. At which point I decide that im leet enough to sink a carrier or two and either own (or get pownzord) ya just never know how that ones gonna turn out...I currently have 18 bottles on my desk.....jeebus i need to get a trash can for my room....

Im usually good up to about 5.....then I break out the Gin and Tonic and after about 2 of those Im blown. But last time I played a game drunk it wasnt BF2...it was Vietcong and I actually did pretty well...and there was no beer involved...just 5 Gin and Tonics....oddly I remember carrying on a conversation via typing in the game...but I cant remember who or what we talked about....something along the lines of Heysp shouw youldoint nightlo?........probably an idea of how the typing went lol

When I first moved here to lost wages, I notced that buffalo wild wings was open 24 hours. I asked the barmaid, how the hell is a place like this open at 6am? what the hell do people order at 6am? Sausage wings? that got me a free drink and a smile that I'll never forget.

Mmmm... Buffalo Wild Wings...

One of the best places to go for anyone working late swings or graves.

Their barmaids are definitely some of the better ones too.
