Where do i find my screen shots?
My Documents / Battlefield 2 / Screenshots.
There will be two for each shot, a full res PNG and a low quality (small file size) jpeg
Well, the JPG isn't really low quality, it's just lower quality. Although colors to tend to be off sometimes in JPGs...

I delete JPGs...is that bad?
No the png's are much cleaner.
