OK....Stop with the Photoshop stealing !!! You don't have to spend the money for Photoshop. The have Photoshop Elements available for home users. It will do everything you have seen posted in this thread. It doesn't have a few high end features that professionals require. You will be very happy with Photoshop Elements and can "Photoshop" all you want.

I DID buy Photoshop Elements 4.0 for $90 and if you shop around on the internet you can buy it legally for a bit less.

The Gimp is available for free. It is not as N00b friendly as Photoshop Elements, but if you haven't learned Photoshop it won't make much of a difference. I use the Gimp quite frequently at work and it is great. It is Open Source Software and again....it is FREE.
