Yeah, that sounds ideal but a bit hard to organise for this one (as all would need it installed, yes?).
I think this is going to have to be the way forward in future, might also be worth having custom maps so nobody has a terrain advantage.

No password
Voting enabled*
Unlocks available
IP & Port in my sig

Fall back server if that is rubbish
Unranked
Password (BF2Ssnipers)
Voting disabled
No unlocks
IP & Port in op

* Join me in the TS server and we can co-ordinate kick votes, I'll initiate them. If they fail I might find that someone has a high ping and have to admin kick them.

Hey duffry, didn't you say there would be admins as commanders? If someone you don't want there, or who is using other kits, just kick them as an admin. I wish I could join in, but I am going out of town (and I suck as a sniper anyway, but slowly working hard )

Unfortunatly that is against the ROE and we could lose our ranked servers for doing that.
