When your in a car or transport heli i think it's when someone heals,repairs or gives ammo not sure though.
Dude all you have to do is dig for your answers i found this in about a minute on the wiki section.
Driver special ability = 1 point. Note: You receive these points while driving or piloting and someone that is in the vehicle with you receives combat or team points.

Ok there is a few ways,
1. you can be driving a vehicle, and if a passenger heals/resupply/repairs someone, you get a driver special ability point. [[that counts]]
2. if you are a in a vehicle and a passenger kills someone, then you get a driver kill assist [[that counts]]
i personaly think chopper piloting is the easyest.

How, Liquadator? By chopper bombing the MEC. Typically USMC gets the upper deck, uses the Essex gun to knock other choppers out of the sky, and the Helo gunner takes out ground pounders. Or you could always pilot the helo below decks in the hangar (I personally hate this one when it happens to me though).
Tons of Driver Kill assists.
How, Liquadator? By chopper bombing the MEC. Typically USMC gets the upper deck, uses the Essex gun to knock other choppers out of the sky, and the Helo gunner takes out ground pounders.
