The TS server isn't up 24/7. It's only up when chuy or markimus decide to put it up.

I wonder if Chuy can run a script that auto starts the TS server at 7pm Pacific time so that the TS server is up and running regardless if they are online or not. That way the rest of us can just join a pub server or something and utilize the TS server.
