At least I never read the books. I actually defended then and now the show producers for cutting out a lot of the nonsense I heard about from the books.
Watched all 14 episodes of Firefly.
It was quite enjoyable, very odd that there was a consistent theme of prostitution throughout and that it was presented as the most respectable trade of all the characters - except maybe the doctor.
Now I have to pay $4.95 to watch Serenity, and download the CAD file so I can 3D print a spaceship at work.

What was nice was seeing Morena Baccarin and Christine Hendricks 20 years younger.
