some of them may have a valid complaint. there were people right on the threshold where they were about to get health insurance, but then it went up in price to unaffordability and they're still without to this day. i overheard a boomer on the phone trying to figure out medicare vs. medicaid, and the government person on the line couldn't explain it in a way that made sense, and apparently there are deadlines for old fart eligibility or something? it doesn't have to be this complex. what a mess.
