How did you become a gypsy hunter?

realised I'm not cut out for being locked in a building 8 hours a day with constant oversight, started searching for field work, have had good experience mixing with all walks of life, can be as comfortable in a smack den as in a mansion. this position came up, I applied, got it. it's been great and worked really well for me the past year, but duties have been increasing with no increase in pay, and the pay isn't that good to begin with.SuperJail Warden wrote:

this is just jobs though isn't it? i had someone act like they were above me by dint of their greater age, when they were actually new and below my company rung. issuing orders to do stuff in a way neither the client nor boss wanted. i think i'm not so arrogant that i won't bow to educated expertise when it's there, mind, but step off.Finray wrote:

yeah to be honest fin you're going to encounter power-tripping or rude assholes in all walks of life. just have to let that wash off your back without bothering you too much. collect the money and keep moving onwards and upwards.
