People choose to burn fuel when they don't need to, and in vast amounts.
If people choose to self-regulate, or the govt chooses to regulate them then great.
Owning shares is less bad than, say, taking multiple leisure flights every year for no useful reason.

OK so I've made 25% in three months on a tranche of Woodside, thats an annualised return of 100%.

Should I sell now or hope for another war in the ME?

I'm concerned also that the Ukraine war might stop and that would bring Russian oil back onto the market.

Oil still seems a bit depressed compared with historical prices but peace could break out any moment.
