There's not much of a point having that much truck unless you're putting it to work and need the capacity. Work trucks and vanity trucks have different vibes imo. Lots of difference between something like a flatbed workhorse, and a giant douchebag vehicle with lug nut spikes, coal rolling switches, and a bed that will never, ever see a scratch.
And yes, parking this stuff in a city is a nightmare. One of the worst times you can have in some areas in Seattle outside of being stabbed in the ribs is trying to find a place to park a truck (or park at all).
