I was getting a lot of 'unmodified content' messages previous too 1.3 but after i was DOA. Couldn't start a game.
I deleted both games and expansion pack. Left my settings.
1) Reloaded BF2
2) full 1.3 patched ( to load expansion pack
3) loaded expansion
4) re-patched full 1.3 to patch expansion to date
5) skipped loading SF
NO 'Unmodified Content' messages...
Game works now but i get CTD and memory error messages others have reported the same (never got em before 1.3 and only getting them on this game.) I load in fine 80% of time and can play for 1-2 hours at most.
