Paul Walker didn't die on impact. According to witnesses, he was still alive when the car caught fire. Probably would have lived if it wasn't for the fire.

British people: where does the phrase "come and have a go if you think you're hard enough" come from? It seems to be reasonably common, but as far as I can tell it isn't from anything specific. Is it just an old timey tough guy thing to say?
