He should've gotten life in prison. The department of education stated a few years back that campus rape was an epidemic and that cases should be handled on campus under Title IX. So instead of going to the cops, colleges are now handling rape cases in house without any sort of due process for the accused. A bunch of guys have been thrown out of school based on accusation alone. The pendulum has swung too far. Google the Amherst rape case for one.uziq wrote:
