WW2 had the highest ratio of armed forces to population (I think it was around 10% of total pop). Using today's population (and assuming a 50/50 split of men and women enlisting/conscripted), that's 1.5M women out of 150 million. I'm assuming you understand math since you aren't poor, but just in case, that leaves a lot of women babymakers left.
That assumes any new war would buck the historical trend of using less actual soldiers (in relation to the size of the population) than before.
