sorry i haven't visited this site in about a year and didn't bother looking back through the archive. quite obvious i had the wrong end of the stick - i said in my post needing prescription glasses wasn't the end of the world. his post in ee chats made out he was taking getting glasses badly. obviously i'm not going to call someone a crybaby for being upset about actually going blind.
