I'll be there for a wedding. But will have time before/after to travel around a bit. I will NOT have a car so only local shit.

Rent a kayak on Lady Byrd lake.

Congress street bridge at dusk if you want to see a big bat colony. 6th street for brews, college girls, and live music. The oasis on lake Travis at sunset. Just mention the oasis to someone with a car, people don't need much of an excuse to go, and if they know you have never been there....you'll get a ride.

I heard there's some lake or natural spring pool that they made into a public pool? Is that what you guys are talking about?

Anyway:

6th Street - I think that's already on the agenda after the rehearsal on friday.
Lady Bird Lake - I have to walk along the river for about 2 miles. I doubt it, but I wonder if I can't get a kayak down the river. As in, rent in one place and drop off in another. Or are you only allowed in the lake section of the river?
Lake Travis - if I can find someone with a car.
Bat Bridge - Gotta get my bat on.
