Paradise is radically different from Revenge and all the other Burnout games. It's still a lot of fun, but there's not really any form of local multiplayer, which was one of the best points of its predecessors.

The lack of a real crash mode was the worst part for me.

I think Paradise is a great game but it's very different.

Ocd would be a complaint about something nonsensical, like saying the light reflection does not accurately reflect the particle/wave theory of light therefore the game is ruined... The kind of thing you moan about...

I think you've been misled. Light reflection off water in GTA could be reflecting a ghetto fairyland and it wouldn't bug me as much as a narrow story pretending to be bigger than it is, or looking at what appears to be a fully rendered city in Call of Duty only to have conveniently-placed chest-high rubble boxing me into a 10m or smaller corridor.

Game: "Objective: kill the sniper! Here's a laser targeter."
Me: "Nah, game, I'm just going to shoot him."
Game: "Sorry, no. This building is a sniper clown car, and for every one of them you kill another will spawn behind the adjacent cover."
Me: "They're not doing any damage when they DO hit me. Maybe I'll sprint to the door and save that airstr--BANG DEAD."
Game: "Sorry, no. You automatically die if you don't call in an airstrike."
Me: "Sigh. *lase*"
