Except he is not. Re-read the manifesto and take a look at his victims. He stated that those close(e.g. family) to the officers are also going to suffer because of their actions. And guess what, they did. A former LAPD Captains daughter who represented Dorner and her fiance were killed.

Agnostics just claim not to know anything about the afterlife.
I don't know who sent me to Africa, but a undeniable chain of events and people pointed me in that direction. So much so, I couldn't say no and maintain any sense of humanity.
So I went.
I was a functioning pastor. I prayed over people and mass graves. It was a profound experience, but I never lost sight of who I was at my core; a father, a husband of one, a patriot ( The Constitution hangs in our homes ) and a business owner. That is all I am.
It's complicated.
Again, God doesn't care what YOU believe, or what baggage you carry. If anything, He mocks what we think we know. But if the call comes, you will know it.
Can a person see the manifestation of God and still be an agnostic?
