My job's old timecard policy said your two week pay period had to balance to 80 hours. So if you worked 60 one week, you only had to work 20 the next week. Now, they say that hasn't changed, but now you have to reflect it on your time card as 40 and 40, meaning you are falsifying your timecard. The last person they fired was for falsifying their timecard to do exactly this.
