The irony of guns, is that they can save lives.

actually, the possibility of US intervention and the need to account for it was enough in itself. the actual military action when it happened didn't matter much - by that time victory over nazies had already been assured.Cheeky_Ninja06 wrote:
Arguably Nazi germany would have lost the war without US intervention.

The US's Lend Lease wasn't a big hit in Russia. Stalin had factories everywhere producing tanks, guns, vehicles, aircraft, artillery. The US's contribution was a a mere blip compared to what Russia was producing. If anything, Russia saved us from the germans, by draining the Wehrmacht of all of its resources on the eastern front.-Sh1fty- wrote:

Agree to be honest. By about 41 Hitler was hurting the German war effort more than anybody else, so much so that his own officers tried to assassinate him.HITNRUNXX wrote:

The only successful invasion of Russian I can think of would be by the Mongols. And all they did was take out Kiev and a few farming villages. Not much of a challenge in the 13th century.Macbeth wrote:

They forced all of the Russian kingdoms and republics to pay them tribute. Destroyed a coalition army of Russians, Germans, and Poles. Then continued to invade and pillage Poland and Hungry unopposed. After that they set up a 'kingdom' in Russia that ruled over all of the Russian kingdoms for a few hundred years.ROGUEDD wrote:
