arts geeks here are into memes as well. but they're usually meme bandwagoners... they find out about them a few months late, they misquote them, and worst of all they quote them in standard conversation.

but the engineers and comp sci kids are at the cutting edge of meme knowledge.

lmao. the saddest distinction isn't it? when 'uni memes' became popular over here, the compsci geeks and shut-ins were enraged that the popular and socially active kids were (mis)quoting 'their' memes. it's like they felt such indignation and rage. so funny.

i can't really trash 'em though, i was like that once... if we had had high school memes i'm sure I would have been the asshole going "lol wow you don't know how to use this meme properly"
