lets get back on topic. I personally have a problem with planes crashing into buildings. I think its bad and it shouldnt happen because it hurts people and i dont want people to get hurt

The surface becomes brittle and is subjected to expansion and contraction over the course of seasons, water, heat, ground-in rock and even pneumatic pressure from car tires. Aging can be slowed down by filling the cracks, applying seal coat now and then (not worth it in some applications) and, even if you don't plan to replace sections of broken asphalt, cutting around an area of severe breakage.
Unless there's a tire-sized hole off-camera, that road looks perfectly fine. Meanwhile, an F-18 crashed.
