It probably existed in Japan, I dunno. I was old enough to remember Nintendo's release in the states though. I played the shit out of some Super Mario Brothers.RTHKI wrote:
nintendo is older than you
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_E … ent_SystemThe Nintendo Entertainment System (also abbreviated as NES or simply called Nintendo) is an 8-bit video game console that was released by Nintendo in North America during 1985, in Europe during 1986 and Australia in 1987. In most of Asia, including Japan (where it was first launched in 1983)

Telling people to go fuck themselves over the Internet in Arizona would then make you guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor, and could land you in jail for up to six months.Sambuccashake wrote:

Nice.
Go fuck yourself, Arizona.
You know what? You're right. SOPA is awesome, they're just going to use it to prevent movies from being illegally downloaded.Macbeth wrote:

EE (hats
There are legal definitions for those words, all are well beyond what most trolling constitutes.terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend
With luck it'll put a crimp on the people who resort to personal attacks as soon as they've lost an argument
Fuck Israel
there's a legal definition for "annoy"?

Spirit of the law is in the right place... Wording, definition, broadness, etc are all horrible, horrible mistakes.
There'll be thousands of pages of case law on just that word.Spark wrote:

I will say it again: the bill has merit but is too broad. It needs to be narrowed.
So, does the offender have to live or broadcast the troll from Arizona? If interstate, Federal jurisdiction, making it null and void?
You would have to commit the crime while in that state. That is how all state laws work.
