What, so every episode is "Hey! We need gas and food! lets go kill us some walkers!". No, not epic, even more repetitive and boring than the farm. Get on the road, try to find someplace safe... keep going, have adventures.
I see your point.
If I said that they could meet new people and conflicts would arise, etc. and they could have plenty of added drama and adventures that way too. They could search for survivors and stuff, etc, would you think it would be bearable?

meh. only so many survivors in one city... I do want to see more zombies coming around though.
I just think that they could build up some pretty epic stuff from the CDC. Supply runs, walker combat, survivor combat, scavenging, discovering crazy things and discovering what happened slowly, maybe even branching off and occasionally re-visiting the CDC or something. I'm not saying I don't like the show now but that's how they could kep the show going and the CDC intact. There are hundreds of vehicles lined up leaving atlanta that they could siphon. The people got out and fled so I think a lot of engines would have been shut off during the ridiculous wait between moving 1 foot every half hour.

More gas than you could use before it went bad, so whats the point? The only places the CDC could have led was finding out the cause of the disease, which is entertaining for a while. Nowhere, which is boring as fuck. Or finding a cure, which ends the show. I really don't want to watch a show about how they all become Amish after a zombie apocalypse.
Where do you think they're headed after the farm? I heard about the comics and I'm not sure how I feel about all that.
Spoiler (highlight to read):
I hope Rick doesn't get his hand cut off by the governor, that would really suck. It would kind of be karma though not that he did anything wrong, but Merle did have to cut his hand off to survive. Anyway, I just would hate seeing Rick with a stump for the rest of the show.
And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.
Not gonna read that spoiler, the others were enough for now.
Yeah you probably don't want to read that. It's from the comics and seems to be where the season is headed. I should stop seeing spoilers on that one forum. After knowing what happened to Sophia before the barn shootout I never read episode spoilers anymore but just read general ones like where they might be going.
And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.
Going out for fuel would likely not work, Shifty. Those fuel drums likely didn't contain regular unleaded...

Two main/important characters dead in two episodes
If they are following the comic book, most of the initial characters are dead by the time that the governor shows up.
Guess I really should read the books before the next season comes out
I'm an avid walking dead reader. There's no way the TV Governor can be any where near as twisted as the comic one due to it being on television and all. Also, reading the Rise of the Governor novel right now, its pretty cool.
coooooooool

Walkers for pets? Looked like armless people to me

Viewers of Sunday’s season finale of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” were introduced to a hooded, silent, katana-wielding figure with two chained, armless zombies at her side. It was a dramatic moment, but no more information was provided about the character.
That character is Michonne, an African-American lawyer turned zombie slayer who has been one of the most popular characters in the long-running comic book series that inspired the popular TV show. When the series returns this fall, Grinnell-born actress Danai Gurira will play the role of Michonne......
They were armless and jawless walkers. The reasoning for which is that when she drags them around with her the other walkers leave her alone.PrivateVendetta wrote:

Hey Nismo, is a black ninja warrior something totally realistic and part of how the world would be after zombies show up?
