Not buying it. I mean, not buying their story. It's obvious they've become EA's bitch, just like Dice.bioware wrote:

yeah, this story with a DLC which would be available at launch AND they charge extra for it AND it contains something incredibly important game lore -wise... that's disgusting. if i didn't have it pre-ordered i'd probably never buy the bloody game at all because of this.

if you open your mind too much your brain will fall out.
Obviously we'r all still going to buy the game, and many of us like myself will probably buy this DLC just because we want the "complete" package. But making the fans hate themselves for being forced into spending extra money is no way to conduct business.
Bastards EA watered down Mass Effect!
Trying to have my copy of Mass Effect 2 sent up here from home in time so I can play Arrival. Never got to it, completely forgot about it.
Game was way better when you needed to spend 4 minutes in menus to make Garrus's health regenerate an extra .5 points a second.wah1188 wrote:

And 20 minutes sorting through the random useless shit you picked up in the last half hour.

Obviously there were some glaring faults in the first one. I feel the lack of guns in the second kind of sucked instead you have to buy them as dlc....
I kind of agree. Although in the first game, there was 1 assault rifle model, but with different tier stats. Then in ME2, there was more than 2 rifles without DLC, but you had to get them at certain times. Plus the soldier was the only class that could use the Revenant, unless you modded your game so all classes can use it.wah1188 wrote:

The weapon variety in ME3 seems much better especially with the customization. Also, to use this weapon in ME3, Chakram Launcher, you have to play the Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo as a cross promotion. Seriously? Well, at least I'm not paying for it with real money...
Didn't plan on buying this, but then saw N7 digital deluxe for 39€ and had to buy it anyway. I don't care about anything else but the storyline. I prepare with popcorn and beer and turn my brains off for the "interactive movie".

Where did you see it so cheap?
Some finnish webstore has birthday and they have all games -50%. Was pretty surprised to find out that the discount worked on the N7 edition pre-order too. From 79€ to 39€, well I don't complain.Sisco wrote:

This explains everything.8. The game's developers spend a lot of time looking at Mass Effect fan-art on Deviant Art

I wonder how well the Origin decryption key distribution service will hold up tonight.
