We are aware of the issue affecting this server box and are working to have it resolved asap. It is not only affecting your server, but all the other customers who have a subscription from the box your server is running from.
We do not have an ETA on the fix but our admins will be fixing it as soon as possible.
If your service has already been restored to full working condition and performance, you may disregard this message. If your service is still affected by this problem a significant amount of time after this message has been issued to you, you may reopen the ticket for another update if one is available.

While this may not apply to you, it is worth saying for clarification's sake.
Each issue should have its own individual ticket. If you have one request to be done for 4 separate servers, create 4 separate tickets; one for each server. If you have 4 separate requests for one server, create 4 separate tickets; one for each request.
If you are making a response to another ticket, click [view] next to that ticket, and reply to it with the information. Creating new tickets for issues that you already have a ticket open about cause delays and confusion in support.
Alternatively, if you have a new issue, do not reopen an old ticket to post about it. Please create a new support ticket in the event where you have a totally new topic/issue to discuss with our support staff.
