I seriously doubt you would be making the same as a college graduate 5 years later, but the fact remains you have to default back to square one and give someone a reason to promote you/gain the experience to enable you to earn more.

He speaks true.  I had to work for a year or two before I was offered a full-time slot.  I've got a degree.  Tough times though...  Working for retirement (Grand Banks Trawler)
