the comany is getting special treatment for hiring me. its more the 7 years work experience than the vet part. plus the years between 2005 and last year i was working for my mom. the job im working i found out just needs a hs diploma or degree. 14/hour dude, you think any college grad is worth such a low wage? arent you the one talking about having a 25/hour internship?Jay wrote:
Why do you expect special treatment as a vet?eleven bravo wrote:
should a 7 year military veteran, combat experienced with BA in Political Science work full time for 14/hour at sub prime auto loan company harassing poor people that has management douchebags with such self concious issues that they go in to the handicap stall to pee in an empty bathroom, not lock the door for the veteran to take a shit during lunch when that vet tried to go in the stall and then closes the door without locking it afterwards. god wtf am i doing there
You haven't caught shit. I've always despised you, I've just held my tongue like everyone else does. You're not a pleasant person to share space with, even over the distance of the internet.Toilet Sex wrote:

We chose different paths though. Engineering internships are high paid because the companies that sponsor interns want to hire them. You knew that political science was not a money maker You're comparing apples and oranges.eleven bravo wrote:

All of my friends that graduated with liberal arts degrees have had to go to grad school to find work. My best friend couldn't find any work with an English degree and spent years waiting tables or working in sales for his uncle until he met a girl and she convinced him to go to law school. Most of the rest went into teaching.

Shrug. Dunno what to tell you. They fast tracked me to project manager over here, I just have to wait two more years for my next license before it becomes official.eleven bravo wrote:
