Perhaps a last minute decision to make a ski-trip out of a university-paid event, which wouldn't even be out of character for her.
It's going to be weird asking her best friend 'hey, do you know where Samantha is? I've kind of lost track of my girlfriend'. I'll be crushed if she does know more than me, as it suggests I'm a lesser priority.

She had decided to extend the trip to go skiing, and her phone had died 1/2 way through the week. As far as I can tell nothing questionable happened, but I guess I'll truly never know. I trust her, though, as she has never given me reason to doubt her in the past.Kmar wrote:
