Talked to her but her iPhone 4 has some error and I can't hear her at all or it's really loud and static. When we try to Skype or use Viber instead of a normal network call it keeps dropping out.

Can't decide whether to now get a new 65" 3D plasma TV for console gaming, or wait for the 70"-80" one's to go down in price.
I find 3d pretty "meh" so far.
As far as the Panasonic plasma's, the 3D panels have superior 2D versus the non-3D panels. Yeah, the 3D will rarely get used.-Whiteroom- wrote:

I don't really like Panasonic TVs, or Samsung or Toshibas for that matter, they all look like shit and the latter two have unintuitive/slow menus. I'm starting to see that Vizios are really nice though and they're very affordable compared to other brands

Yeah, mostly, but most consumers don't think about that. Most would conclude the higher price was just for the 3D feature. But there are also cheaper (as in bad panels) lines of 3D panels, like the Panasonic S series, so you do have to do your research.
There are some rather nice Vizio's, but from what I've read, they tend to use less durable components, aka, won't last as long as a Samsung or Panasonic, or even an LG.
As far as plasma's, since Pioneer's demise, Panasonic is now one of the best. I already have an LG 55" LCD, but after my son played some console FPS on a Samsung Plasma, he could notice the lag that the LG LCD had, whereas the plasma lag was non-existent. I'm buying him a plasma to reward him for his second straight quarter of straight A's.
